Sanitation Holiday Schedule - Independence Day 7/4/23

Please be advised that this Tuesday, July 4, our office will be closed in observance of Independence Day. 

• There will be NO sanitation pick-ups on Tuesday, July 4. 

• Monday will operate on a normal pickup schedule. Tuesday pickups will be pushed back 1 day. 

• If your garbage and/or paper is regularly picked up on Tuesdays, we will pick it up on Wednesday, July 5. 

• There will be NO commingled pick up for the week.

Memorial Day

We celebrate Memorial Day to honor the soldiers, sailors, airmen, airwomen, and Marines who did not return home. The holiday dates back to the months immediately following the Civil War when a few towns and cities began honoring their dead.
